Privacy Policy

NailBookingAU app.

NailBookingAU is a booking-management app for nail salons (owners and staff). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what the app needs to function:

• Name — of the user and of the customers you add to appointments.
• Phone number — for sign-in, OTP verification, and as customer contact information.
• User ID — the identifier of your account in our system.
• Photos — store logo, cover, and promotion images you choose from your photo library to upload.
• Booking content — appointment details, services, and customer data you enter.

We do not collect location, do not access the camera, and do not track you across apps or for advertising.

2. How we use your data

• To provide booking, store, and staff-management features.
• To authenticate sign-in and secure your account.
• To send appointment-related notifications (real-time, best-effort).
• To display store branding (logo, cover image) inside the app.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Data is processed only on our own service backends (booking, storage, notification) to operate the app. The app integrates no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

4. Storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Sign-in tokens are stored securely on your device. We apply reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

5. Account deletion and your rights

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Settings and choose Delete Account. Upon deletion, your account and the personal data associated with it are removed from our systems. Some records may be retained for a minimum period where required by law or to resolve disputes/legitimate obligations.

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us (see section 8).

6. Children's privacy

The app is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if discovered, we delete it promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
